Refund Policy – Dharma Technologies

General

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair policies for both parties.

3D Printers & Hardware

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging
• Items must be in resellable condition
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective

Filaments & Consumables

• Due to the nature of materials, opened or used filaments are non-refundable
• Unopened items may be returned within 7 days

Defective Items

If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide photos or evidence
• We will arrange replacement or refund where applicable

Custom Fabrication & Services

• Custom work, prototypes, and fabrication services are non-refundable once production has begun
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
